Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. Bitroncis does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RA services. Bitronics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Price Matching

Bitronics does not price match competitors but will honor our advertised prices. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our web site and updated in real-time. Prices are non-negotiable.Any Quotation made by Bitronics is not an offer to sell, and no order given in pursuance of any Quotation shall bind the company unless accepted by it. Bitronics reserves the right not to sell below its cost.All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Bitronics, this includes the pre-paid orders, eg. Account and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Bitronics reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for products supplied shall be made in full by the Customer to Bitronics without deduction or demand, within the approved term as advised by Bitronics, or in the absence of a term approved by Bitronics, within (7) days from the order date. "Must Be Purchased With Hardware"

The "must be purchased with hardware" precept is mandated by the software publisher. In accordance, Bitronics customers must purchase some type of product which falls under the general category of computer hardware in order to purchase applicable software. Hardware is classified as any component that will be used when assembling a computer system (a hard drive, motherboard, processor and a floppy drive are all examples of merchandise that will qualify). There is no specific or set price the hardware has to be, merely that there is some sort of eligible hardware present in the order itself.

Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at Bitronics will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Bitronics encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may consequently void any applicable warranty coverage. Intel and AMD will not accept physically damaged processors back from Bitronics. As a result, Bitronics will return any physically damaged CPU back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Order Status

Bitronics  online users may acquire their order status by logging in to the account on our website. Bitronics will keep user informed of their order status via phone call or email.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please contact us  during Bitronics' hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (Order Id) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Cancel Orders

You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply contact us during Bitronics' hours of operation to request an order cancellation. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Communications to Bitronics

Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Bitronics for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, Bitronics is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to Bitronics or the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.
